Concord WestNewly Built
This stuning newly built detached duplex with basement was completed in 11 months. Lincorp worked with both home owners and designers to build this duplex. We were able to push the boundaries and thus create a modern living space.
WollahraRenovation
Sandstone cottage in the heart of Woollahra, which needed new life whilst maintaining the character of the house. Lincorp renovated the semi-attached house and added a second storey, main bedroom and main bathroom.
MarrickvilleNew Build of 20 apartments and 2 shops
Lincorp constructions worked alongside the developer in organising the construction certificates, which included all the consultants/engineers design with council approval to commence job. Construction was completed in 12 months
